We had a wonderful stay! The staff were available remotely, super responsive to any questions and even helped to book airport transfers when we experienced phone issues. The housekeeper is discreet and excellent, the neighborhood perfect for wandering, and the sleep was sound. We even got to see a movie being filmed downstairs and truthfully missed them a little when they packed up a few days into our stay. Follow the hosts’ nearby food recommendations, they’re on point.

Stayed at Casa Juliana for 6 nights. Everything was great. We stayed in a beautiful room with huge windows overlooking the streets, which were very peaceful. In between Condesa and Roma Norte, the location is perfect. Iván, the concierge, was very helpful throughout the stay and was even able to accommodate an extra night that we had booked on the wrong dates. We were also offered a free lunch at their newly opened Baldio restaurant, which was amazing. We ended up going again for dinner. Overall 5/5.

Greatly enjoyed my stay at Casa JuliAna. The rooms are so chic and clean and beautiful and the beds were so comfy I slept like a baby every night. Super fast wifi which I was thankful for when some unexpected business work came up! I felt very at-home and safe there. Communication was excellent and I felt very welcomed and taken care of. Loved Room 203 w the floor to ceiling windows- there were always all kinds of fauna outside amongst the cacti and flora- observing the different birds and butterflies in the morning was such a treat! 100% would stay there again. Thank you Casa JuliAna and StayAnnex for a lovely and memorable stay!

Wow, what a beautiful stay in a really lovely neighborhood! Our room (201) had floor to ceiling windows and the most comfortable bed. I’d highly recommend trying to book this particular room. Francisco, the manager, was so friendly and provided us with great restaurant options, which I appreciated since it was for my birthday. This neighborhood is very walkable and very safe. We’re looking forward to staying here next year and can’t wait to try the restaurant below once it’s finished.

Wonderful place to land in Mexico City! Located within walking distance of parks and nice neighborhoods with good restaurants and shops. Rooms were fantastic - I had a top floor with large floor to ceiling windows for a view of the city. Will definitely stay here again!

This place is perfect! The place is super unique. First, it's located in the very trendy and entertaining Condesa. I was there with a large group and we each split into rooms of two. I was able to see many of the rooms and they each have their charm and special touch. The staff was very responsive and cleaning crew on point. It has a very "home" feel and you will definitely bump into interesting people during your stay. However, privacy is there if that's your choice. Enjoy this lovely place and the great tourism and nightlife near by!

Casa JuliAna a great place. Loved the commodity of entering without a concierge, just with a code. The room surprised me with this mix of old and new decoration. Art and design combined in simplicity. Highly recommend for those seeking a blend of comfort and modern charm in a great location.

Tremendous thanks team for the stay, every time. Elegant room designed by Savvy Studio with utmost attention to details, sunny corridor, large windows and the best location on a leafy and quiet street, close to Parque de Espana. Very helpful staff as well (not on the ground but super responsive by message) trying their best to accommodate and help with check in / out time.
